If you have forgotten your password or you have locked your account with too many invalid logins, you will need to reset your password. 

First, go to the QuickTapSurvey login page and click Forgot Password? beside the password field. 

From there, enter the email you used to sign up for your QuickTapSurvey account. 

Note: If your email was not found in the system, there are two reasons why:

  1. You are a user under an account administrator. If your account administrator created your account, they may not have added an email address to that account as it is not a mandatory piece of information. If that is the case, contact your account administrator and have him/her reset your password and add an email address. Click here if you need instructions on how to edit an user. 
  2. You are using the wrong email address. If you have forgotten which email address you used to sign up for your account, please email support@quicktapsurvey.com with your username. The support team will let you know which email address you used to create your account. 

An email will then be sent to your inbox with a link. Click the link or copy and paste it into your browser. From there, you will be prompted to enter your new password. 

Note: If you do not activate the link within one hour from the time the request was made, the link will expire. If the link has expired, you will need to repeat the above process again. 

Once you have finished entering your new password, you can proceed to the login page to access your account.
