With Infusionsoft, you can choose whether someone has opted in or out of email contact.

You can have a contact choose this status using QuickTapSurvey at the time of the collection of their contact information.

How to Give a Contact the Option to Opt-In or Out of Email Campaigns

1. When creating your survey, create a Yes / No question to ask someone to opt in or out of email campaigns.

2. During the process of Mapping Your Response Fields to InfusionSoft, map your Yes / No question to the OptIn field.

Once this is complete, anyone who answers Yes to the question will be opted in, and anyone who answers No will be opted out.
