Failed login attempts are tracked and monitored. When there are 5 failed login attempts against a username, that username becomes locked and must be reset. This can be done by clicking the Forgot Password link from the login page; you will be prompted to enter your email registered with your account, and soon you will receive a password reset link in your email.
If the system displays that your email was not found, it means that you are not entering the right email linked to your account, or that when your username was created, the account administrator did not specify an email for your username. In that case, please send an email to email@example.com for a password reset.
