QuickTapSurvey ensures that users create strong passwords.  All passwords used in QuickTapSurvey must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one upper case character, one lower case character and one number.

Failed login attempts are tracked and monitored.  When there are 5 failed login attempts against a username, that username becomes locked and must be reset.  This can be done by clicking the Forgot Password link from the login page; you will be prompted to enter your email registered with your account, and soon you will receive a password reset link in your email.


If the system displays that your email was not found, it means that you are not entering the right email linked to your account, or that when your username was created, the account administrator did not specify an email for your username. In that case, please send an email to support@quicktapsurvey.com for a password reset.
